I coordinated meetings and facilitated communication for a five-member student project team across one semester. I kept goals, responsibilities, and deadlines visible to the whole group.
By working with teammates to resolve scheduling conflicts, the team achieved 100% on-time task completion. This experience strengthened my coordination, listening, and practical problem-solving skills.
